It is therefore not bookable individually.

For those wishing to follow the Alba on Etna Tour, there is the possibility of a new and invigorating experience with a visit to the mythological rocky boulders Polyphemus hurled into the sea near Aci Trezza, where the evolution of Etna seems to begin. We board a typical boat expertly piloted by a local sailor, who will take us to the protected marine reserve and the Cyclops islands, where we will taste a fruit based aperitif and swim in the sea where it all began. Afterwards, a fresh fish based lunch at the legendary stilt house Al Mulino restaurant.

Tour programme
After breakfast and a change of clothing (you can do it inside our headquarters), we head by our own means to Capomulini where we board a typical sailing boat to the Cyclops islands in the protected marine reserve. We will tour the mythological Faraglioni of Polyphemus and have the opportunity to swim in and admire the beauty of these crystal waters. It will be followed by a fruit based aperitif and prosecco before we head to the prestigious stilt house Al Mulino restaurant by the sea, where we will taste typical seafood dishes created especially by Chef. After lunch we will return to the Info Etna headquarters where this unforgettable day ends.
