Meeting point: Into Etna point located in Central parking – Nicolosi Etna South
Starting of the excursion : 1900 mt with Cable car we will reach 2500mt of altitude

Reach an altitude of 2,500 meters by cable car and climb the volcano on foot to the base of the summit craters at 3000

meters, from where you can admire their volcanic activity. To deepen your understanding of the phenomena
volcanic, the trekking continues downhill to the theater of the eruption 2002-2003, offering a close look
to its beautiful craters and the visit of a lava flow tunnel.
The itinerary continues with the view on the highest edge of the Valle del Bove, allowing you to appreciate the
The excursion ends with the return, by cable car, to the square of Rifugio Sapienza.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Trekking aimed at medium trained hikers, accustomed to moving on heterogeneous terrain.
It is a good practice and correct for your own safety and the whole group of participants to know your own health conditions and make them present to the Guide, especially if they are related to heart problems, respiratory issue, osteo-articular, epileptic and vertigo.
At the discretion of the guide, excursions may be changed or interrupted if weather conditions, environmental causes, or any volcanic risk, can represent a source of danger.

The excursion is forbidden to people with heart problems and respiratory problems.

ATTENTION

Communicate during the booking phase, in the notes, the presence of allergies, food intolerances or specific dietary regimes. Also communicate a second useful preferential date.

Depending on the weather conditions or the altitude limit imposed by the authorities that regulate the safety quotas on Etna, the Tour will be confirmed 48 hours before the event. Alternatively, a change of date or a similar tour will be proposed in the duration and services offered.
